GradeMyDNS Privacy Policy
Effective date: On launch. (TODO: replace with the actual launch date before publishing.)
We collect as little as we can, we don't sell it, and we delete it when we no longer need it.
What we collect

We never see or store your card number. Stripe handles all payments under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).
Who helps us run the service
We share only what each one needs to do its job:
- Cloudflare: hosts the site, stores data, runs the AI that writes reports, makes PDF copies of reports, runs the bot check (Turnstile), and sends and receives our email.
- Stripe: takes payments.
- SSLMate Cert Spotter: we send it only the domain name to look up public certificate records.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information.
- We don't use ad trackers or show ads on the site.
- We don't use your information to train AI models.
- We don't share your grade or report with anyone else unless you share the link.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the site to work and stay safe, like Cloudflare's bot check. No advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add simple visitor counts, they will be cookie-free.
Your choices
- Delete: email support@grademydns.com from the address you used and ask us to delete your data. We'll do it within 30 days, except for payment records we must keep for taxes.
- See or correct: ask us for a copy of what we have, or to fix it.
- Stop emails: use the unsubscribe or cancel link in any email.
Children
GradeMyDNS is for adults running businesses and organizations. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Security
Data is stored with Cloudflare and encrypted in transit. Paid reports are private links that only the buyer receives. No system is perfect. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we'll tell you by email as the law requires.
Changes
If we change this policy in a big way, we'll email customers before it takes effect.
